Dr. Preeti Singh

Dr. Preeti Singh, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with 8 years of diverse healthcare experience. She specializes in non-invasive pain management, regenerative medicine, wound care, and interventional pain management procedures. Her expertise includes performing joint and trigger point injections, platelet rich plasma injections, nerve blocks, and ablation procedures.  

Dr. Preeti began her nursing career in Peoria, Illinois, after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing. She has extensive experience as a cardiac registered nurse and has worked in orthopedics and neurosurgery, managing complex, high-acuity critical care patients.  

She completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Chamberlain University in Chicago, with practicum rotations in family medicine, internal medicine, wound care, and women’s health. 

Her goal is to provide holistic and evidence-based medical care, empowering patients to actively participate in their health management. By integrating advanced medical techniques with a patient-centered approach, she aims to inspire and support patients in achieving their best possible health outcomes.
