Melissa Litwin

Melissa is a board-certified nurse practitioner, certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She brings extensive knowledge in Primary Care medicine and Interventional Pain Management. 

Melissa started her nursing career in 1998, graduating with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Nursing from Morton College. While working as a registered nurse, she continued her education and obtained a Batchelor of Science degree in Nursing from Lewis University in 2015. In 2020, she graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Lewis University with the focus on adult and geriatric medicine. 

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Melissa spent 22 years working as a registered nurse in Critical Care, including post operative cardiovascular surgery. 

She takes great pride in caring for patients and makes it her mission to always be a patient advocate.
